Professional journalist with more than 23 years of experience in the press and media environment in Vietnam;
12 - year experience at Forbes Vietnam. Former Deputy Managing Editor at Forbes Vietnam;
Having worked with and interviewed outstanding individuals who are leading organizations and businesses in the world and in Vietnam;
Curator of major conference programs for women such as Forbes Vietnam's Women Summit and the Forbes Vietnam Women Workshop Series for many years. I coach in both Vietnamese and English, for Vietnamese and international clients, with customized personal and organizational messages, suitable for the purposes of individuals and organizations.

2. What steps does the coaching process include?

It depends on the specific needs of each customer. The basic framework will include the following steps: Pre-training evaluation: Begin by assessing the leader's current strengths and areas for improvement in media training and public speaking. This can involve reviewing past presentations or interactions with the media.

Goal setting: Collaborate with the leader to set specific, measurable goals for their media training and public speaking skills. These goals should be tailored to their role and objectives.

Develop mindsets and skills: Develop message content, train verbal and non - verbal communication skills, handle tough and trap questions, uncomfortable questions, and storytelling; Conduct mock interviews for media platforms such as print, video, radio; and public speaking exercises. Offer tips for improvement and provide ongoing coaching and support. Repetition and Practice to improve confidence and skills.

Mark a successful milestone: Communicating effectively, confidently and skillfully with the media and the public is a long journey, the training are important first steps. Now, the leader is ready to appear in public to tell the interesting, inspiring story of himself and his business!

3. Can clients add or remove program content?

Definitely yes. This is a program that requires deep cooperation and trust between both parties to achieve the best results.

4. Is the program just for individuals or a team of leadership?

I focus on direct, 1:1 coaching services so that leaders of organizations and businesses can achieve the best result. However, depending on the specific needs of customer groups, we can discuss programs for leadership teams.

5. Where does the training take place?

Very flexible. I can go to the client's location, or at my training studio in District 2, or District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Language and communication express a lot about our inner self and how we communicate with ourselves and see the world. The 1:1, direct coaching is very effective in helping us recognize and improve our weaknesses, which definitely is essential for the person's future development and change. From many years of personal experience in work and life, Khổng Loan hopes to bring my expertise to accompany leaders of organizations and businesses to further develop their impact and influence through how they communicate with the press, media and the public.

I have interviewed and worked with many leaders, but sometimes, after 3 hours, I struggle to use the content because they are not good enough, not because the leaders themselves or the organizations are not interesting enough, but they do not know how to tell their interesting stories. Many times, leaders fail to deliver because they are not equipped with the necessary skills and prepare well in advance.

To communicate well, it takes a lot of observation, preparation, guidance, practice, and practice every day.
